At GBL we understand that the cost of achieving the garden you want can become high.. Materials alone can cost a small fortune.With this in mind, GBL operate a staged construction facilty.

Staged construction allows our clients to obtain the full garden design they dream of, but we divide the entire job into construction stages allowing the client to commision stages of work as and when it suits them.

For example, a client requires a fence, an area of decking, a new patio and a new turfed lawn.. We can draw and cost the entire job then carry out each stage when instructed. So if a fence is the first priority, when build the fence first. Maybe a month or two later, the client is ready to have a lawn installed. Then after that the decking and patio.

We do not charge any extra for a staged construction project and no limit is placed on the time from one stage being completed and the next stage being instructed. It can be 3 months or 3 years, however material prices do need to be reviewed a each stage as they may be subject to annual/market inflation.
